How to register and make payment

Register

1. Visit IEEE-RCAR2021
2. Register
   • Finish the registration procedure
   • Authors can start to register by login to softconf site
3. Fill in your profile in below text-boxes(* is mandatory). Then click Continue to next Payment step
   

Payment

1. Choose item you need to pay for, then click Checkout button.
   Note: if your paper has more than 6 pages, you also need to pay for the extra pages
   

2. Checkout your bill: Here a Payment information will be shown, and a transaction ID will be generated.
   Click Pay, you will receive a notification mail about this transaction.
   

3. Using your PayPal account to pay.

Confirm

1. Login with your passcode
   

2. Click Processed payment archive
   

3. Check table list
